What a Wedding at Rancho Poco a Poco Costs

A full 100-guest wedding weekend at Rancho Poco a Poco costs about $35,700 in peak season (2026/2027 rates), and a small wedding for 30 guests or fewer can start at $6,750 for the estate alone. Every price in this guide includes three nights of lodging for up to 26 guests.

That 100-guest figure covers the whole estate for three nights, with lodging for up to 26 guests included, and a full-service production: planning, catering, a 5-hour open bar, furniture, DJ and mariachi, photo and video, and florals. We built this guide from real numbers so you can see each line instead of guessing.

Lodging is already paid for. Rooms are one of the biggest costs of any destination wedding, and here they are part of the estate rental: three nights for up to 26 guests, with no per-room charges on top. Most of the rest of your budget is the wedding itself.

Why it costs what it does: the estate rental is billed by us, and the wedding production is delivered by our preferred coordinator and billed by them. Your total is the two added together.

All prices are in USD, peak season (November 1 to May 31), and subject to change for other seasons or booking years.

What the wedding package covers

The full-service production for 100 guests is $27,500 in one recent example, delivered and invoiced by our preferred wedding coordinator, a vendor partner we work with regularly. Treat it as an illustration, not a quote: final pricing depends on your menu, design, guest count and date. It covers:

The 100-guest total

The sample 100-guest peak-season wedding comes to $35,711, about $357 per guest, with three nights of lodging for up to 26 of those guests included. This is the base package with a wedding planner, so you will not find much cheaper at this size, and extras like longer bar hours, upgrades or a bigger guest list can take it higher.

Smaller weddings. With 30 guests or fewer there is no event fee, so the estate rental is the starting point: $6,750 for three peak-season nights, or $5,150 off-peak. Production costs then scale with your guest count and choices.
