Three houses.
Rancho Poco a Poco is designed to be rented as a complete private estate — no shared spaces, no other guests. Your group has the entire property: all three houses, the pool, the temazcal, the grounds, and the full staff.
The estate accommodates up to 25 overnight guests across 10 bedrooms. For events, the grounds welcome 250+ guests.
3–4 night minimum depending on season. Available for weddings, wellness retreats, family gatherings, and private group stays.
The original structure on the property — transformed over the years into a beautifully refined colonial retreat. Long shaded verandas, exposed wooden beams, and red clay tile roofs give the Hacienda its timeless character. Each suite features custom murals and private entries.
The Hacienda's signature feature: custom-designed wheeled bed frames that convert between two twin beds or one king, giving your group total flexibility.

Completed in 2019, the Villa brings contemporary atmosphere to the estate. High-end finishes, Oaxacan textiles, and custom Guadalajara tiles create a refined yet relaxed sanctuary. The Villa features a professional chef's kitchen, perfect for group meals and catered events.
The Villa connects directly to the estate's 16-meter heated saltwater pool — the social heart of Poco a Poco.

Full-glass walls that dissolve the boundary between indoors and the surrounding trees, a double-story open ceiling, and a chef's kitchen that could anchor a restaurant. The Casona is the most dramatic structure on the property — private, modern, and completely its own world.
The master bathroom is an open-air sanctuary surrounded by trees — a copper soaking tub beneath a canopy of leaves. A pull-out sofa accommodates up to 6 guests total.

While we prefer full estate bookings for groups, individual houses may be available for last-minute reservations — typically within 2 months of your travel dates. Contact Caleb directly to ask about availability.
For larger groups that need a little more room, we also offer two private beachfront condos in Sayulita — just 10 minutes from the estate. Comfortable, beautifully appointed, and steps from the water.
